Mr. Rajat Goyal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in auditing, reporting and transaction advisory. He is a Certified Internal Auditor from Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA. His expertise is in Risk analysis and process improvement and share his knowledge as consultant with big clients across industries. He has rich experience in investment banking including IPO’s and have consulted many transactions in capital restructuring and fund raising.

He was co-founder of few companies in Financial Sector under Mufin Finance Group which includes Mufin Green Finance (A Listed NBFC) funding EV ecosystem, Rupee Circle (P2P NBFC), Mufinpay (Prepaid Instrument Issuer), Mufin connect (service provider for validation of customer documents through API). He is associated with many other start-ups and companies in diverse industries e.g., IT, Hospitality, Defence and recycling as advisor to board. He is instrumental to guide companies in raising funds and establishing best business practices. He is also registered with IICA as independent director by registration no. IDDB-DI- 202010-032533.
