Mr. Akhil Mittal is a qualified Chartered Accountant (50 A.I.R in Final), DISA with experience of 15 years in auditing, reporting and transaction advisory.
He has a rich experience in managing overall finance function in conceptualizing and implementing financial planning and management, procedures and controls, maintenance and finalization of accounts, working capital management, Profitability monitoring, capital restructuring, Project implementation and building financial controls.
He possesses remarkable track record of meeting assigned targets in an efficient and effective manner, competent problem –solver of working in dynamic teams in a fast paced –environment. He is also registered with IICA for the profile of independent director in company. Akhil has deep knowledge and understanding to identify and work with growth-stage companies.
